Founded in 1991, Les Muise Consulting was created to provide “the edge” to those organizations that understand the impact that their people, particularly senior management, have on the ultimate success of the company. Here, strangely enough, Human Resources isn’t as much about “people” in the literal sense, as it is about business success; fostering, motivating, improving on existing human capital to take an organization to new places. Certainly, cost reduction strategies can play an integral part. Additionally, revenue enhancement, productivity and efficiency improvements, and learned skills in management and teams play an equal role.
